Who we are

Vela AI (“Vela,” “we,” “us”) is a creative agency based in Orlando, Florida that produces AI-generated video advertisements and related creative services for businesses. By purchasing a subscription or using this site, you agree to these terms.

What you're buying

Subscriptions are monthly plans that include a set number of video ads and related services, as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Video creative is included on every plan. AI optimization insights are included on Scale and above. Managed ad campaigns are available only on the Dominate tier, are subject to availability, and always include human oversight — campaign decisions are approved by a person, not made autonomously.

All content is produced using AI generation tools combined with human direction, editing, and quality control. Sample and concept work shown publicly is illustrative of quality; every client deliverable is produced for your brand and requires your approval before public use.

Billing & cancellation

Plans bill monthly in advance through Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Your plan renews automatically each month until cancelled.

You can cancel anytime by emailing leogjimenez01@gmail.com or texting 407-495-8785 — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep everything delivered up to that point. Fees for billing periods already started are non-refundable. If you're unhappy with a deliverable, tell us — we'll revise it until it meets the standard we promised.

Promotional rates (such as founding-client pricing) apply for the period stated when the rate was agreed, then convert to the standard rate for your tier unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Deliverables & ownership

Once a video is approved and your account is in good standing, you own the rights to use it in your marketing. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

You are responsible for the accuracy of claims made in ads about your own products and services, and you confirm you have rights to any brand assets (logos, product photos, footage) you provide to us.

No performance guarantee

Advertising performance depends on your offer, market, budget, and platforms. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, ad performance metric, or return on ad spend.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vela AI's total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the one month before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for actions taken by advertising platforms (such as ad disapprovals or account restrictions).
